Overview of rust areas and areas where paint thickness meter pegged

Using a paint thickness meter, the entire car was checked.  Any areas that were excessively thick with paint/bondo was ground down to bare metal.

Car, with exception of areas identified below, is remarkably solid with great body lines and fender/door jam gaps.

Drivers door had damage with a crease that was marginally repaired with excessive bondo.

Drivers side rear quarter showing rust near the lip.  Fender lips on both rear quarters showing signs of rust and deterioration.

Both front fenders have rust in rear lower sections.

Floors have only minor surface rust with no weak spots or holes.

Trunk lid has significant rust on drivers side.

Interior trunk has the most significant rust with holes and fatigued metal.

Below are pictures of lower trunk as it joins rear passenger quarter.
